Advertising Options & Promotional Opportunities @ a2 Fairs

1- Fair Bag insert: (up to 6 pages)

Plastic bags will be given to each registered students at the entrance of the fairs to help them to collect brochures from the schools. Insert your school brochure in the student bags to reach all of the fair visitors in one time! Inserts must be rewieved by a2 Fairs prior to acceptance and are accepted for full circulation only!

Discounts:

• 10% discount if you participate in a2 Fairs.
• 20% discount for minimum 3 reservations at the same time.
• These offers or discounts can not be combined with any other offers and promotions.

2- Post Fair Email Shot: (This option is only for a2 participants and limited to 5 schools.)

A) Clickable logo + short school description at a2 Fairs student Newsletter with 3-4 schools: a2 Fairs send newsletters to the post fair student database to inform students on international education and to follow up after the fairs. You can insert your clickable logo and your school description in the newsletter which will contain up to 3 schoos logo and description in one time.
Rate 750 Euro  for each school Max. Character: Max 200 character with no space.

B) Stand alone email: a2 Fairs can send a stand alone email or electronic flyer of your school to its post fair student database. This is a new opportunity for the schools who wish to increase their recruitment chance!
Rate: 2000 Euro

3- Web advertising (Banner at a2 student webpages):

www.akare.com.tr is highly visited by Turkish students which is a unique place where students pre-register for the fair, see the fair itinerary, find the latest school list coming to their city and get informed about the promotions that the participating schools offer during the fair. a2 Fairs has also different websites for Kazakh, Moroccan & Azerbaijani students. The banner at these websites will be a good opportunity to reach thousands of students or their parents who are interested in studying abroad.

4- Advertising in a2 Magazine

The a2 magazine is issued each year in conjunction with the biggest International Education Fairs in Turkey and in Kazakhstan, the a2 fairs. The aim of the magazine is to inform students about the study abroad options and the participating schools. Therefore the magazines reach thousands of potential students at the prime recruitment periods.

Rates: 2500 Euro for Turkey (4 cities), 1500 Euro for Kazakhstan (2 cities) 1000 Euro for Azerbaijan, Egypt or Iraq (1 city)

6- Coffee/Tea Cup Sponsorship in Turkey: a2 Fairs will be provided unlimited coffee/tea to all the fair visitors. The cups will include the sponsors' name & logo Rates: 3000 Euro for 2 cities, 3500 Euro 3 cities (including production of cup with school logo) 

7- Fair Badge Sponsorship in Turkey- Place your institution name & logo on the fair badges which will be worn by all the fair participants during the fair.  Rates: 2000 Euro for Turkey or Kazakhstan; 1500 Euro for Azerbaijan, Egypt, Iraq
